Persistly is a small independent project. This page explains what this site collects, why, and what your options are. It covers the website only. When the app launches it will have its own policy.
What this site collects
Your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form. Nothing else is asked of you, and there is no account to create.
Standard hosting infrastructure records basic technical data for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. This is handled by Vercel, who host the site, and is used for security and performance.
What happens to your email
It is stored with Kit, the email service used to manage the waitlist, and used to tell you when Persistly launches. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and it is not used for advertising.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people reach. It records page views, referrer, country, browser, and device type. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. Individual visitors are not identified.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There are no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when the page loads.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
- You can ask for your email address to be deleted at any time using the address below.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this page changes in any meaningful way, the date at the top will change with it.
